This ongoing engagement rebuilt a full-service law firm into a productized delivery system powered by AI agents and workflow automation. Intake, research, document control, court calendaring, and billing are orchestrated in one pipeline so attorneys spend time on strategy instead of admin.

Pipeline Description

A new client enters through Clio Grow. Matters are created in Clio Manage, documents are collected in NetDocuments and iManage, and OCR + AI research accelerates analysis. Draft strategy memos route to attorneys in Slack for review, engagement letters go out via DocuSign, court rules are calendared in LawToolBox, and Relativity handles eDiscovery when needed. Client updates and billing flow through Clio, and final case files are archived in iManage.
